Ypê is a Brazilian company of hygiene and cleaning products belonging to Química Amparo, headquartered in the city of Amparo, in the interior of the state of São Paulo.

To celebrate its 75th anniversary, Ypê is launching the 11th edition of the promoção "Limpar a casa com Ypê transforma a sua vida" ("Cleaning your house with Ypê transforms your life" promotion), with more than R$5 million in prizes. The campaign is based on the classic The Wizard of Oz and features actress Larissa Manoela as Dorothy.[1]
The campaign is carried out in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products and features two films in which the characters clean their homes with Ypê products. In the campaign's two films, Dorothy explains how to participate in the promotion while, alongside her friends, cleaning her house with Ypê products. As a result, her home becomes more modern. She even walks the famous yellow brick road to go grocery shopping.[1] "By uniting the two worlds of Ypê and the Wizard of Oz, we reinforce the brand's emotional connection with Brazil in a campaign that not only showcases the products but also entertains and moves the audience with all the nostalgia the story evokes. Upon learning they can change their lives through the promotion, Dorothy is filled with hope, the Scarecrow is overcome with excitement, the Cowardly Lion gains courage, and the Tin Man feels, with the heart he believes he lacks, the thrill of participating," Leandro Dolfini, Creative Director of DPZ, highlighted.[2]
"This promotion, which has been part of the brand's calendar for over a decade, arrives in 2025 with a new meaning. Besides strengthening emotional connections, the campaign is also an opportunity to showcase the diversity of our portfolio, encourage experimentation, and encourage consumers to explore new categories," the CMO of Ypê, Marcela Mariano, said.[3][2]
Larissa Manoela, actress portraying Dorothy, revealed "The experience of participating in this campaign was incredible! It's my second partnership with Ypê. This time, I play a character I adore: Dorothy. It was very special to bring her to life, especially because everything was done with great care to maintain fidelity to the original film, from the makeup to the smallest details. I can say that we'll bring the magic of this classic to the public in a campaign that promises to transform the lives of not one, but many people."[2]
