Biography[]
Minnie Mouse and Pluto are brought to the fantasy world of Dizz which changes Minnie's dress from pink to blue. A good witch named Good Witch Clarabelle and creatures called the Chipmunchkins welcome her to Dizz and Good Witch Clarabelle gives her magical green shoes. Bad Witch Pete flies to them on his broom and attempts to steal them using a spell. However, he is sent away in a bubble by Good Witch Clarabelle. Good Witch Clarabelle then tells Minnie to go see the Wizard of Dizz and ask him to be sent home. Along the way, Minnie meets Scarecrow Goofy who wishes for brains, Mickey the Tin Mouse who wishes for a heart, and Donald the Lion who wishes to be King of the Jungle.
They all go to see the Wizard of Dizz, hoping he can help them. Witch Pete sees them and uses his magic to create a river to block their path so Minnie can take her shoes off when crossing the river. However, his plan is foiled when Minnie and her friends use colorful turtles to cross the river. When they see the Wizard in the City of Handy Helpers, he tells them that he will help them if they bring him Witch Pete's magic witch hat. Minnie and her friends then go to Witch Pete's castle to get his hat. Witch Pete sees them through his magic cauldron and sends his flying monkeys to bring them to him after lying to one of his monkeys, Coco, that he is going to be a nice witch and wishes to make friends with Minnie and her friends.
When they are brought to the castle, Witch Pete asks to borrow the green shoes, Minnie gives them to him and makes him promise to only take a few steps and then give them back to her. He then takes them and refuses to give them back. Minnie then calls a mechanical robot named Woodles for a mouseketool, which is a pillow. Witch Pete tries to the pillow out of Scarecrow Goofy's hands which makes the pillow rip. The feathers from the pillow make Witch Pete sneeze, which makes him lose his witchcraft permanently. Minnie offers to let Witch Pete come with her and her friends back to see the Wizard of Dizz so that he may give him his magic powers back after he apologizes and gives her back her shoes. He agrees, and they all go back to see the Wizard who is revealed to be an inventor instead of a genuine wizard.
However, he's able to help all of them and gives Witch Pete the key to the City of Handy Helpers. When attempting to take Minnie and Pluto home across the desert that surrounds Dizz, he accidentally leaves without her when Pluto chases a butterfly. Good Witch Clarabelle appears and tells Minnie to use her magic shoes to take her home which she does after saying goodbye to Witch Pete and her other friends.
