The Wizard of the Emerald City (Russian: Волшебник Изумрудного города) is a 10-part stop-motion adaptation of the first book of the same name in the Magic Land series by Alexander Volkov. Produced by the Ekran television studio, It is believed to have aired from around December 1973 to September 1974 and if records are correct, each episode was only released once a month on the 10th.
