Etymology[]
The title is a play on the phrase "the good, the bad, and the ugly".
Treehouse summaries[]
part one:
- When they put all the clues of the silver slippers together, Dorothy and friends discover the answer is through the hole in the ground the Quox made and on the bottom side of the world, where the Silver Fortress awaits them.
part two:
- The Wicked Witch takes the silver slippers, putting the entire Silver Fortress and its silver army under her command; Dorothy and her friends escape the fortress and go back to Oz to warn everyone.
