Sylvia Bortin Patience is a former midwife, nurse practitioner, and school nurse, how is now a sometimes wanderer and author of journal articles, poems, and fantasy fiction. She is a member of SCBWI (Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators).
Patience wrote an Oz book called Toto's Tale and True Chronicle of Oz.
