Sterling Holloway (January 4, 1905 – November 22, 1992) was an actor who played Jack Pumpkinhead in The Land of Oz (television). He appeared in about 200 different roles but his most famous was being the original voice of Winnie the Pooh for Walt Disney Pictures among others. Coincidently, eight years before, characters from the Hundred Acre Wood appeared in an episode of The Shirley Temple Show before Disney bought the copyright.
