Sir Pryse is a little old man with a long bald head and a friendly but whithered face. He lives on the third floor of the royal palace, next door to Chick the Cherub.
He is an inventor who created the Power of Repulsion that overcomes the Attraction of Gravitation. It is contained in a little tube that looks like a tin whistle. When stuck in one's hatband or carried around by hand, it keeps one dry by sending falling raindrops shooting back into the air. The tube works very well until its power runs out.
