Peggi Loder (1926 - January 11, 2005) was an actress who voiced the Wicked Witch of the West in Tales of the Wizard of Oz and its' follow up Return to Oz (1964) as a role shared with Larry D. Mann. She also voiced Glinda in the 1964 special as well.
