Pat Walshe (26 July 1900 – 11 December 1991) was the diminutive actor who played Nikko, leader of the flying monkeys, in the 1939 MGM film The Wizard of Oz.

Walshe was a veteran and well-respected animal actor. Most of his work was done on stage; he made only three movies in his career, The Wizard of Oz being by far the most noteworthy.

Walshe compares with Fred Woodward, another actor of the time who specialized in portraying animals and who appeared in Oz films.
