A pair of magic nets are used by Dorothy in her steampunk regalia during The Good the Wicked and the Silver. They are weighted and thrown like bolas, and return like boomerangs. Dorothy empowered them using the ruby slippers.
The wicked witch was able to deflect them using a massive wall conjured by the silver slippers.
