Cap'n Bill and The Magic Flower
The Magic Flower grows in a golden pot, and changes its floral form in a constant cycle. It can transform from a blooming rose, to a chrysanthemum, to a dahlia, to a daffodil, and on through a range of other possibilities.
Formerly to be found of the Magic Isle, the Flower was retrieved by Trot and Cap'n Bill (not without difficulties) to serve as a birthday present for Princess Ozma. (The Magic of Oz)
