Lyman is the short monkey paired with Frank in Dorothy and The Wizard of Oz. He almost always has a smile on his face. Unfortunately for Wilhelmina he is exceptionally unintelligent.
He gets huge in Ozmosis when the Helmet of Ozmosis falls on him.
