Katharine Munzer Rogers (born 1932) is a contemporary literary and feminist scholar who has written about L. Frank Baum. Her book, L. Frank Baum, Creator of Oz: A Biography, was published by St. Martin's Press in 2002. A paperback edition followed from Da Capo Press in 2003.

Rogers also edited The Collected Short Stories of L. Frank Baum for The International Wizard of Oz Club (2006).

Rogers is a professor emerita of English from Brooklyn College. She has written extensively on topics in English literature. Her other books include:

  • Troublesome Helpmate: A History of Misogyny (1966)
  • Before Their Time: Six Women Writers of the Eighteenth Century (1979)
  • The Cat and the Human Imagination (2001).
