Hie is the capital city of Hiland and is the location of the Castle of Hilo where King John Dough resides.
Description[]
Hie is located at the center of the wall which divides Hiland and Loland, and extends from the east side of the wall.
The buildings are tall and narrow, some rising three or four stories high, and are divided by narrow streets. The windows and doors of all the buildings are tall and narrow, and the houses all look as if they are set on stilts. (John Dough and the Cherub)
