Goozzle-Goblins were evil creatures with long talons as sharp as swords. They used these claws to tear flesh from their foes.
The Goozzle-Goblins joined the Awgwas in an epic battle against the Great Ak and his subjects, especially the Ryls, who bore sharp bramble-bush thorns. The Ryls destroyed all the Goblins by piercing their savage hearts. After the battle, a thistle grew from every drop of Goblin blood. (The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus)
