Frank is the tall flying monkey paired with Lyman in Dorothy and The Wizard of Oz. He is one of the Wicked Witch of the West and Wilhelmina Witch's minions. Frank is more mature, serious than Lyman, and considerably smarter than him. Frank is often exasperated by Lyman's lack of smarts.
