Fiona Victory (1952-) is an Irish actress who played "Mombi III" in 1985's Return to Oz (film) and a courtier in the Emerald City. She is the second head Mombi puts on after meeting Dorothy. After being restored to her own body, Fiona's character appears near the end to explain that the girl walking out of the mirror is Ozma.
She would later appear in the 2022 documentary Remembering Return to Oz.
