Dorothy Must Die (TV series)

Dorothy Must Die is a supposed upcoming Oz TV series, based on the novel of the same name by Danielle Paige to be aired on The CW network.

With no news since its' 2013 annoucement, the status of this project is unclear.

Premise

80 years after Dorothy Gale's first visit to Oz, she now rules that land with an iron fist. A newcomer to Oz, Amy Gumm, may be that land's only hope. Good witches may not be as good as they seem, and wicked ones might be good. To find out more, read the spectacular book, Dorothy Must Die.
