Richard “Dick” Rosson (April 4, 1893 - May 31, 1953) was an actor who played the original character Danx in The Patchwork Girl of Oz (film) along with Mary’s father in The Magic Cloak of Oz. He would go on to direct multiple films such as co-directing the original 1932 film version of Scarface.
