Dennis Anfuso is a contemporary writer and illustrator who has produced work on Oz.

He has written and illustrated works that have nothing to do with Oz, as well.
Anfuso is a 1978 graduate of the School of Visual Arts in New York City; he majored in cartooning and book illustration. He worked as a newspaper cartoonist in New Hampshire. His website explains that he splits his time between his home in New Hampshire and a canal boat in England. He also paints cartoon murals in elementary schools.
