DC Comics is a publishing company that has used Oz as a setting or plot point inspiration across comics and media depictions. In 1975 they collaborated with Marvel Comics to release MGM's Marvelous Wizard of Oz which was based on the 1939 film.
As part of their various different Superfriends television series, the location appeared as a planet in the episode The Planet of Oz as part of "The World's Greatest Super Friends" eight-episode iteration which is considered season four. In the episode which aired November 10th, 1979, the heroes take on the personas of characters with Aquaman as Scarecrow, Superman as Tin Man, and Wonder Woman as the Cowardly Lion.
In 1986, they published a crossover Oz three-part series entitled The Oz/Wonderland War featuring their characters Captain Carrot and His Amazing Zoo Crew. These events took place on Earth-C which was noted to have survived the "Crisis on Infinite Earths event" but was redesignated as Earth 26.
Starting in 2002 they started to print issues of Fables which features characters who left Oz originally through their Vertigo imprint and then DC Black Label for its revival in 2022. A version of Ozma appears in about eight issues but her character dies in issue #144 Bigby Wolf and the Blustery Day after being killed by Bigby.
In 2019, a Wonderland merged realm later appeared as called the "Wozenderlands" in the story arc Shazam and the Seven Magic Lands as part of the third Shazam volume. Characters that appear in this entry included Scarecrow, the Wicked Witch of the West, and Munchkins while Dorothy was only mentioned mainly except for a brief flashback image with the Cowardly Lion. Plus there are Wicked Witches from the other three directions.
It might be revisited in another comic related to Shazam or another title given the multiverse nature of the franchise. These events are part of the current Prime Earth main continuity and presumably much a different Oz than what has appeared previously similar to multiple versions that appear in Grimm Fairy Tales.
