Alípio Rangel (pronounced: ah-LEE-pee-oo RAHN-jehl) is a Brazilian producer. He was part of the production team of the 1984 Brazilian parody film Os Trapalhões e o Mágico de Oróz, alongside Anna Luiza Pijnappel and Luis Carlos Paraguassú.

Alípio Rangel is best known for being part of the production team for the films Os Trapalhões e o Mágico de Oróz, from 1984, and "Os Trapalhões no Rabo do Cometa", from 1986, and producing the 1999 film "Contos de Lygia".
